Data is accessed via public APIs made available by each service, typically authenticating using OAuth. We will only load the data required to generate your email reports. We will always limit the level of access we request and the scope of the data accessed to the minimum required to get the data needed for your reports.

Data loaded is used exclusively for generating email reports you have configured.
How we store the data
Data is stored only as long as required for generating your email report, typically less than a few minutes.
How we share the data
We do not share any data loaded from connected services with anyone else.
Integration specific policies
Google APIs
Bamboo Metrics use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Marketing
Bamboo Metrics may also wish to provide you with information about special features of its website or any other service or products which may be of interest to you. Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data other than in relation to sending third-party direct marketing communications. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by email to support@bamboometrics.com or by sending a letter to Bamboo Metrics’s registered office.

- Access to production servers by Bamboo Metrics staff is limited to just those who need access to perform their responsibilities. Strong passwords are required for all accounts.
- The OS and installed services are hardened and patched to keep the systems defenses up to date. Servers are protected by firewalls.
- TLS is used to encrypt all communications between you and our servers, and all communication between Bamboo Metrics’s servers and Trello’s.
Overseas transfers
The information you provide may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’). Whenever Bamboo Metrics transfers the personal information that you have provided out of the EEA, Bamboo Metrics will ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:
- Bamboo Metrics will only transfer the personal information to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data by the European Commission.
- Where Bamboo Metrics uses providers based in the US, Bamboo Metrics may transfer data to them if they are part of the Privacy Shield which requires them to provide similar protection to personal data shared between Europe and the US.
